Tyre fitters inspect, maintain, repair and fit tyres to vehicles. They advise clients on different tyre and wheel types. Furthermore they balance the tyres, verify that the wheels are aligned correctly and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Different types of rubber coverings and inflated tubes used for specific vehicles and weather conditions such as winter and summer tyres, performance tyres, truck or tractor tyres.
- Inspect repaired tyres
Inspect the rebuffed and fully vulcanized tyres in order to detect if any flaws are still present.
- Sell tyres
Identify the customer` needs, advise them on the right type of tyres and process payments.
- Inspect worn tyres
Inspect worn tyres in order to determine if they can be retreaded, evaluating the degree of damages such as cracks, cuts or other faults.
- Ensure equipment availability
Ensure that the necessary equipment is provided, ready and available for use before start of procedures.
- Maintain technical equipment
Maintain an inventory of cultivation equipment and supplies. Order additional materials as needed.
- Clean tyres
Clean the completed tyres in order to prepare them for painting.
- Balance tyres
Measure the static and dynamic balance of tyres using sensors, bubble balancers and spin balancers, and adjust by fitting weights on the wheel to correct any unbalance and avoid vibrations, noise and ocillations.
- Replace tyres
Replace worn out or broken tyres of motor vehicles by using hand and power tools. Choose new tyres according to customer requirements and motor vehicle model.
- Conform to health and safety regulations
Carry out all work in accordance with relevant environmental and health and safety legislation, risk assessment requirements and company policies. Take the necessary health and safety precautions during work including posture the body well, safely operate tools and machinery, and wear the right clothes and protection for the climate.
