123test.nl moves to 123test.com/nl/

February 1st, 2023, Nijmegen, The Netherlands

We are merging all our country specific initiatives into one global website. This is part of expanding our overall EU footprint and our reach throughout the Americas. We’re also set to widen our range of free and extended career services to cover ever more of the career questions that arise throughout your entire working life.

Our assessments set out to give you a thorough understanding of who you are, what you want and the competencies/skills you have or can develop. Now we invest even more into directly matching you with job titles, company cultures and actual job ads. Additional labor market information and tools help you to understand jobs and career paths, close skills gaps, get required education and prepare for job interviews and practice cognitive ability assessments.

We maintain an occupational database called Sisyphus to let you explore matching job titles and career path details in both a guided and self-directed search format.

123test will offer working life career services in the following languages for individuals:

  • 123test.com (English)
  • 123test.com/nl/ (Dutch; upcoming)
  • 123test.com/de/ (German)

Collaboration 123test and OYA training

April 12th, 2021, Nijmegen, The Netherlands

The 123test company and OYA training company are starting a collaboration with the aim to enable candidates to prepare themselves even better for assessments. By further developing and combining learning resources and practice tests, the total offer will become even more relevant and extensive than it already is.

The importance of good preparation for assessments is evident. All parties involved want the candidate to show his or her best performance on the assessment day. Misunderstanding instructions and tests, unnecessary anxiety and tension, or faulty expectations of the assessment procedure get in the way of that. Being properly prepared helps tremendously.

Both 123test and OYA have a long tradition of developing assessment tests based on sound development procedures by test professionals and psychometricians. As part of this collaboration, 123test is taking over all shares in OYA training. For the time being, OYA training remains an independently operating company.

Worldwide, 123test has a dominant position in the development and online publication of instruments for vocational and educational choice, for assessment of personality, values, competencies and intelligence and for assessment preparation. An important feature of these instruments is that they help the end user directly without the need for personal guidance. Each year some fifty million consumers visit the websites of 123test.
